 Up Work Rules About Young People Under 18 Years

It's very common nowadays teen ages boys and girls have the skill to work as a freelancer and in third world countries they have to do some earning for themselves to meet there study expenses and especially in Pendamic when the economy of most countries effect on a common man. Online earning like freelancing is the only way out for them but unfortunately, some of the rules are hurdles in that way.

Upwork policy is to prove their identity and even then they have an ID card or College or School card the platform does not allow them to work no matter they are capable or not. They allow them to make their profile do the work but once they earn some money Upwork asks them to prove their identity and after that when they see the age it's a suspension of account accrued.

In my opinion that is not fair if somebody under 18 giving their Parents ID so what the problem is? If they can write Blogs make videos on Youtube can make Tik Tok videos. And all these Networks allowing them so why not Freelancing there is a lot of children's ability to Coding, Graphic designing, Transcription, Data Entry, and much more work. 

But nowadays that is the fact that under 18  not eligible to work that is not good for them and for the world, especially in the current situation. But don't worry there are some freelancing sites that are not asking for their age if they are capable they are doing work.
